DELIVERY TERMS FOR COPIER PAPER ORDERS 

Please note for copier paper orders, delivery will be on a large vehicle and the driver will need  clear  accessibiltity.  We can only deliver to ground level, at this stage we cannot delivery, where access is via stairs/lifts etc. 

Fee for delivery to all locations listed below is £7.50/per order of 10 Boxes or MORE.  For all other areas, please check before placing your order. Current delivery locations are:-Banbury, Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Dudley,Leicester, Nottingham, Rugby, Stafford, Stratford, Telford, Walsall, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Swansea, Manchester, Worcester, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Reading, Wycombe, Oxford, Northampton.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

General Conditions.

  • In placing any orders through this website you are making an offer to purchase subject to these terms and conditions.
  • Once goods have been despatched to you, we will deem this a binding contract.  Each order will be a separate contact.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to place any orders through this website.
  • If  we fail to enforce one or more of these terms and conditions, we do not waive our right to enforce any of those remaining.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements.

  • You should inspect the goods on arrival to ensure they are the correct type and quantity and have arrived in good condition.  You may contact us at returns@3sassociates.co.uk to inform us of any goods that are faulty, damaged or not required.
  • Goods are not required. You may cancel your order within five working days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.  You must inform us of your wishes by letter, fax or e-mail within this period.  We reserve the right to charge you for all costs of carriage plus 15% of the value of the goods to cover our administration costs.  Unless otherwise agreed, it will be the consumers responsibility to arrange for the safe return of the goods within a further seven working days after informing us of your intentions.  Returns can only be accepted if the items have not been used or opened in any way and are still in a saleable condition.
  • Goods have been damaged in transit.You must inform us within seven working days of receipt if you wish to claim a refund or replacement.  If you choose to be refunded and a delivery charge was made for your order, this will be refunded.  If goods returned are not found to be damaged, there terms for 'Goods are not required' will  apply.  If the goods returned are found not be damaged we reserve the right to charge you 15% of the value of the goods to cover administration costs.
  • Goods are faulty or not of saleable quality.You must inform us within seven working days of receiving the goods if you wish to claim a refund or replacement.

Stock Issues

  • If you do not receive the type or quantity of goods ordered due to an error on our part, we will arrange for the correct order to be delivered to you, usually within 3 business days as stocks permit.  You must notify us within seven working days of receipt if an order is incorrect or incomplete.  You must also ensure that any goods supplied in error or in excess of your order are returned  in their original unmarked packaging.  We reserve the right to charge you for any goods delivered in error, where you have not followed these conditions. Goods are sold subject to availability.  If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods.  However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods.  If goods are not in stock we will inform you that they have been placed on back order, and either agree a new delivery date or at your discretion remove the items from your order.  In addition, you will have the right to cancel any backorders that has not yet been supplied, up until 4pm on the day prior to expected delivery.  We will refund any payments that have already been made for those goods and any delivery charges applicable, on the day of cancellation.  There will usually be no additional charge for delivery of back orders.
  • We will generally delivery orders placed before 4pm, during normal business hours on the next working day, within the stated delivery areas.  Where normal delivery is likely to be delayed more than five days we will e-mail you or call you to arrange a convenient delivery date.  You should ensure someone is available to sign for your order.

Ownership

  • You will become the owner of goods only once we have received payment in full for the goods and delivery charges associated with the order.  We reserve the right to recover goods, until they have been paid for in full.  You will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you.  If you delay the delivery of goods to you, our responsibility for them ends at the time of the first attempted delivery. ??????

Prices and Payment

  • The prices you will pay for the goods is that which prevails at the time you place your order.  We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, to reflect alterations in our suppliers' prices and or/changes in taxes and duties.  If prices on the web site are not correct due to any errors or omissions on our part, we will inform you of the correct price and you will have the right to amend or cancel your order.  In the case of a mistake, if the goods have already been delivered, we will give you an opportunity to return the goods and receive a full refund of the price and any delivery charges you have paid for the goods.  Prices shown are exclusive of value added tax(VAT) unless otherwise stated.  VAT of 17.5% will be added to all non-exempt items on your order. Payments in UK pounds sterling will be required at the time of ordering.

Privacy

  • We will only use the information that we collect about you which you provide us while registering, ordering and from enquiries to process and delivery your order and to communicate with you .  We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent, and will never pass this information to any third party without your prior consent.  We may contact you form time to time to inform you of special offers, new products and services.  If you do not wish your contact details to be used in this way please email us at unsubscribe@3sassociates.co.uk.  We keep a record of your orders and quotes so that we build an understanding of general habits, interests and requirements of our customers needs.
